LoopNet Responsive Redesign

In 2014, LoopNet was 2 years removed from being acquired by CoStar Group, had upwards of 5 million visitors a month and was comfortably at the front of the pack in the CRE marketing space. Yet a non-responsive web presence was alienating mobile users, harming SEO rankings, and not inspiring confidence as a modern marketing platform. On top of that, CoStar Group had recently undergone a complete rebranding, and as a flagship product LoopNet needed to adopt a new logo and global styling.

As Creative Manager I worked with my team of 3 designers, our product and development teams, and senior stakeholders to deliver a phased approach to introduce the new branding elements as well as responsive and native mobile & tablet app designs for the core search experience. We handed off hundreds of mockups, visual specs, and a refreshed style guide.

In addition to providing creative direction and coordinating project management across all aspects of the design, I was the principal designer on the home page, prototyped several high fidelity interactions for both web and native mobile platforms, and created documentation to track important touch points throughout the project.
